Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will do our best to advice you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

If you order online and pay using the Paypal portal you will have the opportunity to pay in other currencies. Exchange rates are set by Paypal and are outside the control of Exclusivitea Sdn Bhd.

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 14.00 Malaysia time from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: Peninsula Malaysia 1-3 days, East Malaysia 4-6 days, all other areas worldwide 5-14 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. Some items which are not normally sold by weight have arbitrary weights to generate the appropriate shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges

We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened - unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Non-faulty returned goods must be in re-saleable condition including original packaging where applicable.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
